CITI HRM CORP. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales: Commercial (ASUS Philippines) to join the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Following up the business leads by phone & email.
• Monitor and track each step of the process to ensure that all internal and identified external timelines are met.
• Support the product management team in line with sales and administrative tasks.
• Prepare and generate reports such as sales performance per product line, sales funnel, and other analogous reports.
• Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators related tasks are achieved and met.
• Provide backup support for the team.
