Telesales Agent

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and sell products.
• Build rapport with clients to establish and maintain relationships.
• Provide information about products and services to clients, answering any questions they may have.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
