Job Summary
The TeleSales Representative is responsible for generating new sales opportunities through outbound calls, prospecting potential clients, setting appointments, and closing sales. This role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s customer base by engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate qualified sales leads
- Identify and research potential clients through databases, referrals, and online platforms
2. Prospecting & Appointment Setting
- Reach out to prospective clients to introduce company products and services
- Build rapport and establish initial relationships with decision-makers
