We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales to join our team. This position plays a vital role in building initial relationships and generating leads for the sales team Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a provided database or contact list Introduce company’s services clearly and professionally over the phone Send follow-up emails with company profiles, brochures, or proposals to interested prospects Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead targets Requirements: Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or related fields preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay Confident, positive attitude with the ability to handle rejection professionally
