Responsibilities

• SOA SENDING/DISPUTES MONITORING
• CUSTOMER CALLS/ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION, AS NEEDED
• REPORT UPDATING (COLLECTION & DISPUTES)
• INACTIVE CUSTOMERS CLEAN UP

Qualifications

• College graduate in any course
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer literacy
