TEM Research Intern: 3D Tomography & Nanotech

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking an Intern in Singapore to contribute to cutting-edge research in the Yield Enhancement Lab. You will gain hands-on experience in 3D Electron Tomography and prepare 3D NAND samples applying Focused Ion Beam techniques.

As an intern, you'll collaborate with experts to develop workflows, execute experiments, and document findings, enhancing your skills in semiconductor R&D.

This role is suited for PhD students in Materials Science or Applied Physics with a keen interest in advanced microscopy.
