- Processing Operations
- Perform daily crediting of units arising from new issuances such as Structured Warrants, Daily Leverage Certificates, Structured Certificates, Warrants, Bond Issuances and ETF creations/redemptions
- Handle cross‑border transfers and crediting of shares arising from Employee Share Option Schemes, warrant conversions and Singapore Government Securities
- Ensure depository holdings are backed by physical certificates lodged with bank vault daily
- Customer Service
- Attend to queries from issuers and appointed professionals in a professional and timely manner
