• Assist in the execution of client‑centric strategies to attain a high level of client retention & acquisition rate.
• Coordination of Client Engagement Activations or Initiatives
• Systematic tracking of Client Engagement Actions
• Support the delivery of Client Experiences/Recognition Actions/Initiatives
• Assist with the management of Brand Experiences (if any) and liaise with store teams on in‑store OTO appointments
• Provide extraordinary service by coordinating the fulfilment of specific requests of these clients
• Work closely with Merchandising & VM, Retail & Training team on key client initiatives/projects
