Temp Clinic Assistant - HOSPITAL (3 months) - Training Provided/Office Hours #HAO

Salary: up to $13/hr

Duration: 3 months

Working Days & Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30AM – 5:55PM

Friday – 8.30am – 5.30PM (8 hours)

Sat: 4 hours - Once every 12 weeks

• Responsible for the preparation of timely and accurate billing for all inpatients, and that all patient accounts are adequately covered with deposits / Medisave funds.
• To provide financial counseling to all patients (including upgrade and downgrade cases).

• Responsible for the handling of bill enquiries and payment collection from patients over the service counter.
• Assists patients and public visitors with the use of self-service devices at the e-Lobby whenever necessary.

Min GCE A Level/Diploma in any course.
