We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to support competitions and overseas student groups. This role blends event coordination with sales support, ensuring seamless operations and effective engagement.

• Coordinate and provide end-to-end support for large-scale student competitions, including engagement with external stakeholders such as partners, schools, and parents/participants, while overseeing logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Guide and support overseas student groups during their scheduled activities at the Science Centre.

• Commitment from 15 June to 2 October 2026, working onsite 3 days per week (working hours negotiable).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities effectively.
