Temp - Registered Nurse (RN)

Description: Responsible for assessing physiological, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient within assigned unit area and planning nursing care to meet those needs. Responsible to see that nursing care plans are carried out through performance and/or leadership of subordinate personnel. Conducts patient evaluation, performs documentation of patient progress, treatment planning and discharge functions.
