Temporary Accounts Assistant – Plymouth – £13–£14 Per Hour
Trial Balance Consulting are delighted to have been re-engaged by an exciting client – a leading and highly respected media company based in Plymouth. They are currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time, temporary basis, working three days in the Plymouth office and two days from home (hybrid model).
The purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day management of transactional accounting, while the Finance Manager focuses on a new system implementation project. Key responsibilities will include:
Processing all payments and completing daily bank reconciliations
Managing the Accounts Payable inbox
Processing card payments and staff expenses
Assisting with month-end journal entries
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as required
