Purpose of the Role

Support the execution of the commercial strategy across countries by assisting in commercial planning, assortment management, promotions, pricing, vendor coordination and market analysis. The role acts as a key support to central and local teams to ensure alignment with global strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and execution of country Commercial Plans.
• Ensure implementation of novelties and manage assortment performance, extensions and delistings in line with global strategy.
• Analyze monthly assortment performance (sales and margin) by vendor, brand and SKU (80/20 focus).
• Manage promotional mechanics in the A&P tool, including forecasting, Terms & Conditions, and performance reporting to Global and senior stakeholders. <...
