Temporary Customer Service Representative - Ramos

• On Site Support at the Atlas Ramos assembly plant to act as liaison between our production team and John Deere.
• The estimated time frame in which we would need the support is for between 3 to 6 months.
• This resource would be a FTE during this period working a 8-hour shift M-F.
• The responsibilities would include:
  • Being the primary point of contact for John Deere’s IJD division including supporting during onsite visits.
  • Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email, or other channels.
