• Review subsidiaries accounts and prepare monthly recurring consolidation entries for a sub‑group
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and variance analysis to Trustee
• Preparation of General Ledger‑Bank Reconciliation Reports
• Assist with distribution, back‑end refund and assist with Boardroom’s queries
• Assist in Yardi/Cognos internal system maintenance
• Assist in verification of payment instructions and supporting documents to Trustee
• Assist in preparation of year‑end audit matters and annual report
