Tender Intern Engineering

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Tender Intern Engineering will support the tender administration team in the preparation, coordination, and submission of tender documents. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the tendering process, project management, and administrative functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Duties:

• Perform an initial review of the Invitation to Tender documents to establish scope of work, the tender schedule and the composition of the tender team.

• Alert Managing Director to potential problems in tender development/production.

• Establish the requirements and deliverables of the tender team members with due regard to the scope of work and the tender schedule
