About the role:
- To ensure the company remains highly competitive in the market by developing effective tender strategies and delivering accurate, timely, and profitable pricing proposals across all Lines of Business (LoB).
- To drive successful implementation of newly awarded customer projects, ensuring smooth transition from business acquisition to operational execution.
- To support Sales and Commercial teams in achieving business growth targets through strategic tender management, customer onboarding excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
- To enhance the company’s tender win rate and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement, market intelligence, and process standardization.
- To act as a central coordinator between Sales, Operations, and Support Functions, ensuring alignment of commercial commitments with operational capability and profitability objectives.
