Tendering & Procurement Manager – Pre-Contracts

A major semi-government company in the region is looking for a Manager - Tendering & Procurement (Pre-contracts) based in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead procurement activities for significant hospitality development projects and ensure comprehensive tender documentation and evaluations are completed. This contract role requires at least 7 years of experience in tender management, commercial evaluation, and a relevant degree. Preference is given to candidates who are immediately available.
