As a Tender Specialist – Offshore Projects, you will be responsible for managing the full tendering process for complex power grid and offshore opportunities, ensuring competitive, high-quality and profitable offers aligned with customer requirements and business strategy.

You will work closely with sales, engineering, project management, supply chain and other expert functions, playing a key role in shaping winning bids and long‑term customer relationships.

• Prepare and manage tenders, bids, estimates and quotations in line with customer requirements and internal targets.
• Define optimal technical and commercial solutions, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and profitability.
