Test Engineer – Autonomous Well Operations

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer with deep system level thinking who can own end-to-end testing of an industrial autonomous solution. The ideal candidate understands how software, hardware, controls, analytics, and field equipment interact in real operational environments and can validate not just individual components, but complete autonomous workflows under normal, degraded, and failure conditions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the solution is safe, reliable, deterministic, performant, and field ready, particularly for mission critical oil & gas operations where failures can have safety, environmental, and financial consequences.
