Test Technicians are part of the Production Tests Team. Under supervision of the Production Tests Team Leader, Test Technicians are responsible for updating test procedures, executing board/equipment level tests, and reporting results.
Core Activities:
- Test procedures: For each verification test activity at the board/equipment level, update test procedures describing objectives, configuration and setups, instrumentation step‑by‑step and success criteria. Procedures are derived from the Test Plan prepared by a Technical Manager.
- Test execution: Prepare and use multiple jigs and tooling fixtures. Collaborate with senior technicians and test engineers. Perform tests with concentration and care under tight schedule and customer pressure; may require double shift, evening shift or weekends. Raise NCRs during board test execution.
