Join our dynamic Enterprise Risk Management Technologies Team as a Senior QA Engineer. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions through rigorous manual and automated testing. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment.

• 5–8 years of QA experience


• 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow ATF testing (with focus on IRM/GRC)


• Strong automation experience (Selenium)


• Deep understanding of IRM/GRC processes, controls, risk scoring, assessments, SOX/compliance flows


• Hands-on experience with tables, ACLs, flows, update sets, APIs, business rules


• 3 years validating platform UI, Service Portal, Workspace UX
