Therapeutic Care Worker (Residential Care)

We’re seeking Therapeutic Care Workers to join our team across our residential sites in Nuriootpa, Evanston Park, Mawson Lakes, Golden Grove and Pasadena, with multiple part time and casual positions available.

You will support young people in developing essential life skills and social competencies that promote their personal growth and strengthen their connection to the community. Your support will help them:

• Settle into a home like environment
• Create a secure and consistent primary relationship
• Develop independent living skills
• Strengthen their capacity and links to the local community
• Work toward their goals and aspirations
