Job Description

• Client Care: Provide individual or group therapy to clients, addressing their mental health concerns.
• Assessment & Treatment: Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Confidentiality & Documentation: Maintain accurate records, ensure client confidentiality, and comply with legal and ethical standards.
• Education & Licensure: A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field, with appropriate state licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Experience: Proven experience in providing therapy services, preferably with experience in specific treatment areas (e.g., trauma, addiction, family therapy).
• Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and empathy skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
