• Schedule: 5x8 Days (Mon–Fri), Alternating start times


• Certifications Required: MD PT License, BLS


• Certifications Preferred: CertDN


• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Physical Therapy, Outpatient Clinic Experience, Orthopedic Experience, Charge Experience


• Travel Experience: At least 1 completed travel assignment or 1 month of a per diem assignment
