Third Party Security Risk Consultant (Banking -SOC 2)

Position: Third party security risk consultant

Type: 1 year contract + extensions

Location: 2 times a week on site downtown Toronto

Rate: 50-55/hr T4 OR 55-60/hr incorporated

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working within TPRM within a large enterprise, preferably within a major Canadian bank
• Proven ability to measure risk and clearly present findings to senior leadership
• Strong SOC 2 Type 2 experience, including:
• Hands‑on experience with SOC 2 Type 2 assessments
• Experience participating in or supporting SOC 2 Type 2 audits
• Direct experience reviewing SOC 2 Type 2 reports
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001
