Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on progressive, transfer, blanking, or line dies used in metal stamping or aluminum production Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble dies to ensure optimal performance Perform TIG welding repairs and modifications on dies and tooling Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Conduct preventive and corrective die maintenance to reduce downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and tooling drawings Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve die performance Operate manual machining equipment (., grinders, mills) as needed ⸻
