The role is a critical technical position responsible for the configuration, installation, validation, and troubleshooting of torque-controlled tools and fastened joint systems across manufacturing and assembly operations. This position ensures fastening processes meet defined engineering specifications, torque–angle requirements, joint integrity criteria, and quality control standards. The role directly supports functional safety, product performance, traceability, and compliance with internal manufacturing standards and external regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical fastening
- Knowledge of bolted joints and fastener basics
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, torque specifications, and basic engineering drawings
