In this role, you'll become one of Beneq's key technical experts, helping customers and field teams solve challenging equipment and process issues while driving continuous product improvement together with R&D and Product Management.

This is a highly visible role combining hands‑on troubleshooting, customer interaction, and product development collaboration.
