Project Leadership of the Annual Compensation Cycle
• Co-direct the end-to-end project management of the annual compensation review process with the Regional Rewards team, from initial planning and system setup to final execution and post-cycle review.
• Develop and manage a detailed project plan, defining key milestones, timelines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
• Lead project steering committee meetings, providing regular status updates, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating key decisions.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure a successful and on-time cycle.
• Translate the bank’s compensation philosophy and annual cycle requirements into detailed business requirements for the compensation system (HRSoft).
