Ensuring pay-for-performance, governance excellence, and operational rigor across global teams.

Compensation & Total Rewards Execution

• Execute and maintain global compensation frameworks aligned with the firm's trading performance culture, innovation objectives, and growth mindset.
• Support the design and administration of compensation structures across trading, technology, research, and operations functions.
