Trade Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

The Trade Compliance Analyst will be part of NetApp's Global Trade Compliance (GTC) team, supporting export, import, and operational compliance activities across APAC. This role contributes to the execution and continuous improvement of NetApp’s GTC program, with a strong focus on Singapore regulatory requirements, including Bulk Permit management and renewals.

Job Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of global trade compliance topics, including HS classification, ECCN, country of origin, valuation, and export licensing.
• Experience with customs operations and broker management, preferably in Singapore/APAC.
• Ability to respond to customs and regulatory queries with clear, defensible positions.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functionally.
