Territory Manager – Airdrie, Alberta

Imperial Tobacco Canada, a member of the British American Tobacco Group, is hiring a Territory Manager for the Airdrie area and the surrounding regions. The role involves delivering commercial and consumer performance for multi‑category products through strong retailer and staff relationships and the use of digital tools and commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage territory to meet volume and market‑share targets supporting national, regional and district objectives.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by leveraging digital assets, training retailers and staff, addressing queries promptly, monitoring contract compliance, and providing consumer insight-driven recommendations.
• Generate and maintain market demand through adequate inventory, distribution targets, OOS reduction, effective merchandising, and competitive pricing across product portfolios.
