Trading Operations Lead — Crypto & Fintech Platform

Our client is a fast growing international fintech company. We are seeking a hands on and driven Head of Exchange Operation / Trading Operation to ensure operational excellence for their global digital asset platform. Candidate MUST have prior crypto/web3/payment working experience.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee core exchange operations across market-facing functions
• Partner with Product and Marketing on campaigns, launches, and trading initiatives
• Own user and KYC feedback loops, turning insights into actionable improvements
• Monitor token performance, liquidity, and trading activity
• Oversee exchange visibility and data accuracy on platforms such as CMC
• Work cross-functionally to improve product, trading experience, and workflows
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• Track key metrics across trading, liquidity, and operational performance
