REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. (Professional Engineering) License (Ohio preferred)
- PTOE (Professional Traffic Operations Engineer) preferred
- 10+ years' experience doing traffic analysis, safety studies, and signal timing
- Familiar with HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, and TransModeler traffic engineering analysis software as well as SignCAD and GuideSign design software is desired
- AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microstation CAD skills
