Traffic Management Operative / TMO

We’ve partnered with an established civil and infrastructure contractor delivering ongoing projects across the Auckland region. With increased work secured and multiple crews operating daily, we’re looking for qualified Practising Traffic Management Operatives (TMO-P) who want consistency, organised sites, and genuine progression.

This is steady traffic management work on active civil and roading projects. You’ll be part of teams where traffic control is properly planned, supervised, and executed to standard.

If you’re confident in your TTM skills and take pride in safe, compliant work zones, this is a solid opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

• Setting up, maintaining, and packing down TTM layouts
• Working under the direction of an STMS
• Managing vehicle, pedestrian, and contractor access
• Following approved TMPs and company procedures
• Monitoring live lanes and adjusting to changing traffic conditions
