The Role
Equans is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Trainee Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team based in Hatfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in estimating within the construction and refurbishment sector. Youll support the Estimating function in producing accurate and competitive tender submissions, working closely with Senior Estimators, Operations teams and the wider supply chain.
Youll gain hands-on experience across the full tender lifecycle from site surveys and take-offs through to adjudication and submission.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Tender Support
Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for tender submissions
Carry out quantity take-offs from drawings
Help price works using competitive market rates
Support the preparation of tender documentation
