The University of Helsinki Trainee Programme for International Master Students is open to all international students enrolled in a University of Helsinki master’s programme.
We are looking for a TRAINEE FOR HR SERVICES to support our initiatives in attracting and retaining talents.
As a trainee, your tasks will include supporting employer branding, communications and activities related to the attraction and belonging of international talents.
Work duties
Your main responsibility will be to help set up a new website targeted at international employees arriving at the University. In addition, you will assist with other communication and marketing activities as well as with event organisation. Your duties will also include supporting the preparation of an analysis of the content of various joint orientation components at the University.
