Trainee, HR Generalist

We are looking for a service-oriented HR intern for the School of Arts, Design and Architecture (ARTS) at Aalto University for a fixed‑term position from September 2026 to May 2027. The work is part‑time 60% and can be done alongside studies.

The traineeship is intended for a student at a higher education institution who has a valid right to study and whose studies this traineeship supports.

Responsibilities

• Preparing employment contracts and fee payments
• Assisting in advisory and resolution tasks related to employment matters
• Supporting recruitment tasks
• Participating in the development of operations together with the school's HR team
• Supporting communication tasks such as internal communication and customer and stakeholder communication
• Undertaking varied tasks according to your interests, such as assisting in event organisation
