Trainee, HR Generalist

We are looking for a service-oriented HR intern for the School of Arts, Design and Architecture (ARTS) at Aalto University. The fixed‑term position runs from September 2026 to May 2027, part‑time at 60% of full time, and is suitable to be pursued alongside studies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts and fee payments
• Assist in advisory and resolution tasks related to employment matters
• Support recruitment tasks
• Participate in development of operations with HR team
• Support communication tasks such as internal communication and customer/stakeholder communication
• Undertake varied tasks as per interests, e.g. assist in event organization
