Opportunity Description
The selected candidate will join our Reservations Department and will be responsible for the training area within our Groups Department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, including company introduction.
- Deliver training on SAP, client identification, contracts and rates, reservation creation and modification, Evolution system, and call flow, among others.
- Address general questions and resolve doubts.
- Provide support during practical training sessions.
- Conduct refresher training for existing agents.
- Continuously improve training processes.
- Monitor and evaluate new employees.
- Provide feedback on training sessions and report to the supervision team, manager, and HR.
