Ensuretimelycompletion of onboarding compliance trainings for new hires as per Global and clientrequirement. Toparticipatein client calls,meeting,and KT sessions as per requirement Lead training sessions on current updates in the medical coding field for US based healthcaresystems. Training coders on US health care systems its updates as per protocol To create presentations, develops learning material, handbook, and other required training materials.
