Training Analyst

We are currently seeking a Training Analyst.

• Design, develop, and deploy training and performance support materials.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Create engaging and effective training materials that meet the needs of diverse learners with reference to Wave 1 training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Utilize feedback from participants to continuously enhance training delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
