Opportunity Description
Job Summary
- End-to-end event management for acquisition & cross-sell: Plan, organise and execute events (seminars, roadshows, webinars, client engagements) aimed at driving new-to-bank customer acquisition and deepening relationships with existing clients through cross‑selling of Shariah‑compliant / Saadiq products and services.
- Work closely with Product, Segment, Branch and Relationship teams to design event themes, content and offers that support business targets; ensure clear pre‑event planning, on‑site execution, and post‑event follow‑up to convert leads into actual sales.
- Bumiputera associations & community partnerships: Identify, initiate, and manage strategic relationships with Bumiputera associations, cooperatives, chambers, and relevant community organisations to support new customer acquisition, cross‑sell and branding for SCSB.
