Training Coordinator - Production

Description

We’re looking for a proactive and people focused Training Coordinator to deliver production training across 3 shifts in our food manufacturing plant. In addition you will roll out continuous improvement of all operations and soft skills training at our manufacturing facility in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

In this key role, you will ensure that all Production, Processing and Warehouse, operatives are trained, assessed, and fully compliant with internal procedures and regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with line leaders to build capability, support right first time performance, and promote a strong food safety and quality culture across all shifts.
