• To provide training support to learners subscribed to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programmes and the Master of Learning and Professional Development (MLPD).
• To attend MLPD preview and attend to queries on course administration.
• To provide 1 st level support for learners’ account creation.
• To prepare and compile weekly and monthly CPD and MLPD enrolment summary reports.
• Up to $2.5k

• 5-day work week, 8:30am to 6pm

• 2 Year Contract (Renewable)

• Diploma and above
• Prior experience in similar industries preferred.
• Confident and comfortable working with IT systems; emails, training management system, and customer relation system.
