Opportunity Description
The Training Facilitator is responsible for conducting comprehensive training needs analyses, designing and maintaining high-quality training material, and delivering impactful learning interventions across the organisation and broker network. The incumbent will ensure that all scheme, product, compliance, and industry knowledge is effectively transferred to support a fully competent, compliant, and fit and proper sales and servicing workforce. This includes online and in-person facilitation, assessment, reporting, and adherence to industry regulations and training best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder-aligned Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) using feedback from surveys, performance data, and competency requirements.
- Identify knowledge, skills, and compliance gaps within internal teams and Broker partners.
