**Role Overview**
Sodexo is seeking a **Training Manager** for **Food & Nutrition Services** to support the **McLaren Health System in Michigan** . Ideally, this Managershould reside within one hour or be within a commutable distance to **Flint, MI** .
**A valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required** .
The Training Manager is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that ensure team members across the health system are skilled, safe, compliant, and confident in their roles. Operational topics include knife safety, food safety, sanitation, patient‑room entry procedures, and service standards while also assessing competency and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
This role partners closely with Operation Managers to support a consistent, high‑reliability culture across all facilities.
