Training Manager At Uptime Crew, the role of Training Manager is a bridge between recruiting and training teams. The Training Manager is an integral partner in the Training Organization by implementing and executing training activities; and building employee expertise while ensuring they have great experience during their selection process and training. Training & Facilitation Deliver instructor‑led training (virtual or in‑person) on Dev Ops tools. Lead hands‑on labs, demos, and workshops that reinforce real‑world best practices. Clearly explain containerization concepts to learners at various skill levels. Create training materials including slide decks, lab guides, assessments, and reference documentation. Continuously update content based on evolving container ecosystem standards and platform updates. Design beginner‑to‑advanced learning paths for developers, Dev Ops engineers, and platform teams.
