Job Purpose

Design and deliver leader development programs for Sun Life field managers in Manila and Luzon.

Major Accountabilities

• Designs and delivers in‑house leader development programs to Sun Life’s field managers.
• Cascades key initiatives related to leader training in various training platforms.
• Collaborates with Agency Management Team for the design and delivery of customized learning sessions to field managers.
• Collaborates with other business units in Distribution that support leader training and development programs and initiatives.
• Updates with training trends and techniques and applies them to the training programs.
